Our company was established in 2003 and named “KARAVAN SARAY”. The name “Karavan Saray” was known from The Great Silk Road period, when travelers used it. Caravanserai was a place where travelers from East to the West used to stay. We are continuing thousand years tradition. Based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, “KARAVAN SARAY” grouped together a team of young and enthusiastic individuals experienced in tourism industry. Today we represent a well-recognized tour operator in Central Asia. We arrange individual tours for independent travelers as well as group tours of historical sites of Uzbekistan. Tour programs are enriched with camel rides and cultural shows. Also, “KARAVAN SARAY” company offers exclusive, unique tours to the South of Uzbekistan (archeological tours, Termez). In addition, we provide you car service with private drivers, hotel reservations, tour guides, and interpreters. All our staff spent many years in foreign countries and have a good sense of customer service and fluent in English and Russian languages. Some of them studied and worked at Japan during last years. We are: Umid Turgunov — General Director He graduated from Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies, Japanese Language & Economy Faculty. Studied for 2 years in Sophia University, Japan. Has a big experience in banking. He worked as a PR Manager of “Chorvoq Oromgohi” resort & was a Japanese Speaking Guide for many years before establishing "KARAVAN SARAY". He fluently speaks English, Japanese, Russian and Uzbek. Matlyuba Mirzahadieva — Tour Operator She graduated from Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies, Japanese Philology Faculty. Member of the Fukuoka ~ Uzbekistan Education and Cultural Exchange Association, in 2004 studied in Japan by short-time program of this Association in Fukuoka, Japan. Worked as a teacher of Japanese. From 2007 until now works at “Karavan Saray” as tour operator. Experienced in translation. Speaks fluently Japanese, English, Russian and Uzbek. Tsoi Tatyana — Head accountant He graduated from Tashkent State Financial Institute, Accounting & Audit Faculty. Working in "KARAVAN SARAY" as a head accountant, speaks Russian, studying English and Korean. Shamansurov Shaasil - Manager of R&D In 2005 he graduated from Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies, Faculty of International Relations. In 2006 by program "Erasmus Mundus" studied in Germany, Finland, Sweden, Estonia & Denmark. Nowadays hi is working actively to develop tourism. Parallel with his job working as a German Speaking Guide. Speaks fluently German, English, Russian and Uzbek. Isakova Nozima – Outbound tour opeartor She graduated from Andijan Economic Engineering Institute, Economical Faculty. She fluently speaks Russian, Uzbek and learning Japanese language. Bobur Agzamov — Office Assistant He is studying at Tashkent State Architectural Institute, Management Faculty. Has an experience of providing an escort for tourists and now working as an Office Assistant. Speaks Uzbek, Russian and studying English.
